Update Excel Export to Include Low 7Q2 Data - WALLY (High #2)

As a WALLY user I want the Low 7Q2 data exported into the Excel so that I am able to further analyze EFN (Environmental Flow Needs) risk or make further adjustments as necessary.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given a WALLY user selects Low 7Q2 data data to export, when they export the data, then they are given all data and summary information in a format compatible with Excel.
• [ ] Export should have this data in the Summary tab

Additional Context

• Low 7Q2 means rolling average 7 day flow every 2 years

• Data to be included in the Excel export that is not currently being exported and is manually added into Excel to evaluate EFN risk

• Export function: This function allows users to export to Excel (or as a shapefile). However, the current output from WALLY into Excel only contains partial information that is found in the online staging environment.

• Low 7Q2 is not calculated and is pulled directly from a spreadsheet.

• There are multiple tickets that pertain to updating the Excel export function.

As I understand the exact value of Low7Q2 from the Wally Watershed web page should be added to the exported Excel file in the Summary tab before Glacial coverage %. Is that right?

This data has been added to PR #732 and will be released with Ticket #707

The data has been added to the Summary page in the excel document.
