Update Excel Export to Include WSC hydrometric data - WALLY

As a WALLY user I want the Water Survey of Canada (WSC) hydrometric data (MAD, MMD and %MAD for MMD, P10 and P90as well as associated DA and other data – station number, flow data time period) data exported into the Excel so that I am able to further analyze EFN (Environmental Flow Needs) risk or make further adjustments as necessary.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given a WALLY user selects the Water Survey of Canada (WSC) hydrometric data (MAD, MMD and %MAD for MMD, P10 and P90as well as associated DA and other data – station number, flow data time period) data to export, when they export the data, then they are given all data and summary information in a format compatible with Excel
• [ ] All quantity units export as m3/sec
• [ ] Export should have this data in the Summary tab

Additional Context

• Data to be included in the Excel export that is not currently being exported and is manually added into Excel to evaluate EFN risk
• Export function: This function allows users to export to Excel (or as a shapefile). However, the current output from WALLY into Excel only contains partial information that is found in the online staging environment.
• Data is already in Wally
• This does not require any calculations

I have added most of this information to the summary sheet of the excel document. I do need clarification on "associated DA" and "other data".

Another issue which has arisen is the flow data time period. This data is not being returned with original series of requests. Will continue to investigate while waiting for follow up on other data fields.

Have added the gross drainage area for hydrometric station to the summary page.

I have added the last of the requested data to the Excel document. The only thing unclear at this point would be "Other Data". I will submit for testing and ask about any other information the users would like added. Particularly "Water Levels" as that is a full chart on the front end not being exported.
