Describe the task Each developer to set up WALLY back end on their new workstation

Purpose This is needed in order to do work in WALLY

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Chris has WALLY back end set up on new workstation
[ ] Dmitri has WALLY back end set up on new workstation
[ ] Julian has WALLY back end set up on new workstation
[ ] Norris has WALLY back end set up on new workstation

Additional context

This may take more time due to backend container (compatibility issues).
