As a user I want the Saved Analysis and Project menu options available in PROD. Once these features are available I will be able to the tools in the production environment, so that I do not have to switch between environments throughout a task.
Additional Context
This may be a matter of turning on feature flags in production.
These features were created by the previous team but were not released to production.
These features have been working as expected and are currently forcing users to work within the staging environment to complete work.

During initial research these features appear to managed by the "wally-config" ConfigMap in staging, and are not present in the production ConfigMap
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Complete necessary research to ensure releasing these features to production will not have any negative impact on PROD environment
