Purpose
We want to try and rebuild version of Node that WALLY was using to isolate any issues that could occur when we release WALLY with the updated version of Whitebox Tools.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Rebuild Node 10 image
[ ] Test in DEV to see if missing features are available
[ ] Have users test in staging
Additional context
When Platform services did their image prune in January we lost our whitebox tools image and our node image was upgraded to :15
We need to rebuild Whitebox tools but this will require a major update. Because of this we need to rebuild node:10 to release with the updated WBT to isolate any potential problems that arise from the major update.
