Describe the task
Due to the Platform Services Image prune WALLY lost some of the images used to build and deploy the app. The first two images to be updated and replaced were Whitebox Tools, and Node. Testers have found some differences between this new build and what is currently in production. The major difference between these environments is watersheds are not being delineated in the DEV environment when a region is accessed through the surface water availability tool.
Purpose
Determining the cause and a solution of the non-delineated watersheds is the first step in moving WALLY towards a state where it can be deployed.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] Determine why DEV environment is not delineating watersheds
[x] Document why these environments are behaving differently OR
[ ] DEV environment behaves the same as STAGING/PROD
Additional context
It has been determined that the Delineating watersheds will only function in the DEV environment within the Whistler region. With the DEV environment having a limited amount of test data this behaviour is expected. This also matches the behaviour when running locally.
Build Dev-683 has the same functionally as previous Dev versions.
