Search error reaching server #717

Describe the Bug when any of the search fields are used in Wally the result is "There is an error reaching the server" and users are unable to look up any records. this is happening in Prod and Staging

Expected Behaviour when a user uses the search functionality, it returns relevant results

Actual Behaviour when a user uses the search functionality, it returns no results and a message that says "There is an error reaching the server"

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to Wally
  2. Click on the search in the right top corner
  3. type in anything
  4. See error
