Major Changes

Review page: user can review their info and agree to terms and conditions before submitting form to back end
Route protection: Users are restricted from accessing routes they haven't yet reached in the sign-up flow
Data persistence: Vuex data now stores in cookies until the user has completed the sign-up flow, at which point the data is cleared
Total Animals Field: Added field in form for total number of cats / dogs

Minor Changes

Minor wording changes
Removed console logs
Moved registration form to separate component
Pages scroll to top on reroute
