Add OCA Bundle to the published site to enable the paths to work from the JSON files to the bundle #120

We want the BC Wallet (and other wallets) to use the GH Pages JSON files, so they can be generated vs. pushed to the repo. To do that, the OCA Bundles need to also be published to the GH Pages site. Currently they are not.

Update the genMkdocs script to add the Bundles to the repo.
