Add second version of Mines Act Permit bundle

@Jsyro -- does this work? I moved the existing Bundle to "-0_3" and added the second "-1_1_1" folder that is the same as your PR, with the paths to the logos edited. Also generated the JSON bundles in the root folder.

I think down the road we need to base folder names on a canonicalized form of the Schema IDs. I think it should be fairly easy to automate this. To ensure compatibility with OS folder naming we can lowercase the Schema Name and convert all ` and:toand append all items with either aor-`
