Aquifer info:

header (and graph title) should continue to show Aquifer TAG but rename it “Aquifer Number” (Will)
hover popup box include: Aquifer Size, Aquifer Vulnerability, Aquifer Productivity, Aquifer Materials, Aquifer Subtype (Paul)
