Copy over confirmed dens to the 'Potential' dens layer

For the 2024 bear den field season, update the 'Potential' dens data table and change the status of any 'potential' dens to 'confirmed' if they were assessed as dens in previous years.

Longer term: consider either having the potential status simply being a column within the 'dens' table OR a linked table to avoid this issue in the future.

3 dens have been identified, and waiting on other team members to confirm.

From top to bottom:

• External ID WFP 98003 -> BC ID CLA_LulwaCreek_2 ** (possibly typo? Should be “LukwaCreek”?)
• External ID WFP 98006 -> BC ID CLA_LukwaCreek_1
• External ID WFP 97-504 -> BC ID UPP_DavieRiver_3

Haven't heard anything from everyone so I've updated the three records in the 'Potential' layer for now and set the den status to 'Under Assessment' for now.
