Typo in column names #8

Misc - typo in several column names means it slipped by R script. Fix before implementing full QAQC pipeline.

[ ] "Forestry Treatement Information Collected" -> "Forestry Treatment Information Collected"
[ ] "Horizonal Visibility" -> "Horizontal Visibility"
[ ] "Horizonal Visibility Reason" -> "Horizontal Visibility Reason"

Disproportionately difficult to change the underlying schema compared to the benefits you would get, so closing this issue. Just be aware of typos when scripting stuff.
