Choose identity card: Only "Combined card" path available
Enter Card Screen:
- "Enter Serial Number Manually" Screen
- "Scan barcode with Camera" -> Show message "Coming soon"
Enter Serial Number Screen
Enter Your birthdate Screen -> back to "Setup steps"
