RESULTS silviculture data vignette #194

Hi folks, I uploaded the vignette that demonstrates how users can query BC silviculture data using bcdata package. I believe the changes now should work? This is my first pull request so apologies if I got something wrong here! Thanks again.

If that is 👍 then this is good to be merged, imo, and start the compile set-up magic via GitHub Actions.
