Error using bcdc_search and organization facet #313

data-innovation-program-dip is listed as a valid organization facet value (with 55 records), however bcdc_search(organization = data-innovation-program-dip) errors as it returns 0 records. The 55 records are indeed surfaced through the web interface using the organization facet. This same work flow works for other organization values, e.g. food-safety-and-inspection.
