NEX-39 / Updates to About Us page

Adding more data; restyling; refactoring:

• upload team headshot available to date
• relabelled and organized folder structure for images to organize around having a main folder for each page (e.g. "Home", "About", "Exchange Lab")
• refactor About Us page html and css to reduce number of custom classes for the About page
• add additional team member cards
• change content about contacting us
