Totals A&R report on site metrics #267

Description

As a exec, regional staff, hq parks staff I would like to see total attendance and revenue values for a year that has been entered into A&R so that I can quickly find and communicate this out and/or use it to make decisions.

[!NOTE] This ticket is to delivery a first increment of value - just showing what is in the system, not filling in gaps with 3yr average.

For refinement:

[!IMPORTANT] Can we create something like this to show to to users?

How can we break this into smaller tickets/tasks?
Can we focus on totals with existing numbers in A&R systems, then in another sprint add the 3 year averages to fill in gaps and do variances?
