[x] Reference material in GBA+ analysis that may apply
[x] Reference material in heuristic review that may apply
[x] Create draft of discussion guide (ready for Monday afternoon, June 20)
[x] Internal review with April
[x] Send to Grant for review (1-day turn around)
[x] Make edits, as necessary
[x] Get sign-off from Grant (by EOD June 22)
[x] Create the notes taking sheet (Google Sheets, de-identified)
Citizens:

[x] Reference old journey map in light of heuristic review for any potential disparities that may apply
