Description of changes:

• app version = 7.1.4
• changed App.vue from Options API to Class API
• added conditionals to Entity Definitions
• added new button + conditionals to Entity Menu
• added Business Store getter for special functionality
• added new FF default value
• changed Dashboard.vue from Options API to Class API
• added an environment variable
• updated vaults file
• renamed getBusinessUrl -> getBusinessesUrl
• updated configuration store
• updated unit tests
• conditionally hide Add Staff Filing menu
• conditionally hide Staff Comments component
• conditionally hide Add Detail from details list
• conditionally hide ~Add Detail from~ item header (which includes File a Correction + Add Detail)
