21846 Updated list of filings enabled/disabled for corrections #674

Issue #: bcgov/entity#21846

Description of changes:

app version = 7.3.6
renamed isTypeAmalgamation() -> isTypeAmalgamationApplication()
updated doResumeFiling() to remove local correction routing
refactored disableCorrection() to clearly show what happens for all filing types
added some store getters
