Comment from Mihai: Hello, for Continuation Out, for Jurisdiction, we need two boxes, Country, and once country is selected, Province/State. Rules: country = Canada, Province/State shows Canadian province/territories, and Federal. If Federal is selected, the Jurisdiction would be identified as Canada, otherwise is the province/territory. If country=US, then Province/State shows US states. If a country other than US or Canada is selected, then the second box is not displayed, and the jurisdiction is that country.
