Move/import working GoM records from ReforestApp to off-site trials database #10

At end of year GoM trials need to be cleaned up for import into permanent off-site database. Unique identifiers for trial plantings need to be converted from UUID to something more interpretable The byBEC then needs to show both permanent GoM and newly added working GoM trials
