Describe the task

Our license doesn't have the Copyright year and owner filled in. Copyright [yyyy] [name of copyright owner]

Acceptance Criteria

Who is the copyright owner for the bcgov apps? All templates from other gov apps are also not filled in. I'm thinking this is not a priority - but would be a 10-second fix once we have the information?

Need to confirm obligations that we have with the current year - who is the copyright owner - eg: government? CAS?

coyright should be 2022 Province of British Columbia as per policy: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/home/copyright
