Feasibility studies: ability to include these projects (at a very high level) with very generic information, e.g., project type, funding amount, fiscal year, description, documents

Then I have the option to select a "Feasibility Studies" funding stream

When I create my FS project
Then I can fill out the following forms: overview, details, budgets, attachments (TBC??????)
