Task: Follow up on user guidance updates

Describe the task

We need to follow up with the business area on potential updates on the user guidance documents. RT also mentioned that we might want to pull or edit the existing, obsolete CIIP video.

Reminders of updates we've done in the last couple months:

• BCeID
• Emission category must be reported before entering fuel types in the fuel tab
• Production verification statement in the production tab

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] follow up with RT and whoever is responsible for website content to remove the old CIIP video
• [x] Review the CIIP Guidance document and provide suggestions for updates/edits
• [x] provide screenshots of new upload statement feature (operator view)
