COAM\Compliance obligation - Invoice

Description:

As an external user, I can download a PDF invoice from the operation's compliance summary page.

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I am on the compliance summary page When I click the generate compliance invoice button,

• [ ] A PDF invoice of my obligation is opened.
• [ ] The invoice will include payment instructions.

The invoice contents:

• [ ] The name and address of the operator
• [ ] Invoice details: number (Obligation iD #), invoice date, invoice due date, invoice printed date
• [ ] Obligation details: 2024 compliance obligation in tCO2e, equivalent dollar value of the obligation, credits applied (in dollar equivalent), payments received, amount due
• [ ] Fees and credits information: The date, description, and amount of any monetary payments or compliance units used (shown in dollar equivalent amounts), total amount currently owing
• [ ] Payee information: details where electronic fund transfers need to be sent: the name of the bank, bank transit number, bank number, Swift address, account number, account name, account type, bank address
• [ ] Payment instructions
