Description:

If an operator has not paid their obligation by the Nov. 30 deadline, they will be sent an email saying their payment is overdue and a late payment penalty is now accruing at 0.38% compounded a day.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Email triggers Dec. 1 for any operation that does not have a compliance obligation of 0tCO2e/$0
• [ ] Email sent to [need to confirm recipient address]
• [ ] Subject line: BCIERS compliance obligation overdue
• [ ] Contains: Your compliance obligation is now overdue. Please pay the balance immediately. You will be assessed a penalty calculated at 0.38% compounded daily on the owing balance for every day you are late paying.
