COAM\Penalties - FAA interest

Description:

FAA interest is calculated on all outstanding penalty amounts at the rate of prime + 3%.*

FAA interest on penalties is waived if the penalty is paid within 30 days of issuance. If the payment is made after 30 days, FAA interest is applied retroactively to the whole balance.

eLicensing will generate FAA interest and push via API to COAM.
