Explore if LakeFS will be helpful as part of the workflow to version the changes to the data warehouse. https://github.com/treeverse/lakeFS

If LakeFS is not what we want, explore alternatives.

It's also possible that data versioning isn't necessary here since we version our data in the source databases.
