Tentative meeting week of April 25 with an MDT dev to walk through the API endpoints

Update: Met with MDT again on May 4. No new progress or updates. We still require the hosted version and API documentation to be completed. We also require policy direction and guidance.

ES and I met with Nancy this morning and have decided to postpone the MDT-CAS collaboration until there is more certainty and direction stemming from the carbon pricing review. Nancy agrees that it is low value moving ahead at the moment, especially if we aren't sure if the pilot would be scalable for the use case. We will continue to have monthly check-ins to discuss policy direction/changes.

Given our collaboration with MDT is on hold, I'm moving this issue into the icebox.
