Async card sorting among the Clean Growth teams

Describe the task

There are 9 teams within the Clean Growth Branch working towards interrelated goals supporting the transition to OBPS. To define specific user roles and further uncover detailed user needs (on a feature / user story level instead on an epic level), we need to first understand which team will need to use which feature sets / epics (identified before for the hypothetical MVP) within the OBPS digital system. A quick async card sorting could be an efficient way to achieve this.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Revisit the Clean Growth Problem Statements frame and familiarize high-level needs and goals for each team
• [ ] Identify appropriate contacts from each (relevant) Clean Growth team
• [ ] Refine high-level feature sets / epics identified from hypothetical MVP Mapping with further details and clarifications based on our assumptions
• [ ] Prepare boards for the async card sorting (ideally can be completed within 10 minutes)
• [ ] Send out the boards to the contacts identified separately
• [ ] Review outcome and inform upcoming CHEF survey

Outcomes of ticket:

• List of which teams will be using which feature sets / epics
• Identify feature(s) missing from the hypothetical MVP

Re-organization of Clean Growth units will most likely take place based on the new tasks for individuals under OBPS. People may still not know their roles & responsibilities at this point.
