CHEF Survey for defining specific user roles and uncovering detailed user needs among the Clean Growth teams

Describe the task

With the outcome from the async card sorting (#149), we would have a better understanding of which team will need to use which feature sets / epics within the OBPS MVP.

This survey is to help us define specific user roles and further uncover detailed user needs for each user role, so that we can put together lists of user stories (role + task + goal/value) to guide future design and development.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Draft user roles within the Clean Growth branch based on our collective learnings/assumptions so far
• [ ] Draft user tasks for each user roles based on our collective learnings/assumptions so far
• [ ] Draft survey questions according to our assumptions above (ideally with more multiple choices and fewer open-ended questions to encourage participation)
• [ ] Send out surveys to contacts (informed by #149) to validate/refine assumptions
• [ ] Review outcome and compile findings into draft user stories for upcoming focus interviews

Outcomes of this ticket:

• List of user stories (role + task + value) for each feature set / epic identified for the OBPS MVP
• Focus groups/areas for Internal Discovery next steps

Hi @jaimiebutton - Instead of splitting the ticket, I refined it further with additional details to keep the tightly-related pieces (assumptions & validation) within the same scope, which could be comparatively larger still. Hope it's alright.

Re-organization of Clean Growth units will most likely take place based on the new tasks for individuals under OBPS. People may still not know their roles & responsibilities at this point.
