From what we know so far, CIIP will run from Jan-Apr 2024 and will then switch to OBPS.
Conversations are still happening about how this will work, as operators will be reporting annually in January. For now, creating this ticket to make sure the future work to be done is captured, even though we're not yet ready to dig into this from a digital systems perspective.
