Hold a planning meeting to prepare for the IRC/DST ‘OBPS Registration’ process mapping session (coming up on July 18).

Objective: Plan and design session

Discuss:

Session goals
Agenda
Participants and roles
Facilitation
Tools / approach / plan
Pre-meeting info to share with invitees (i.e. what does everyone need to know to participate effectively)

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Book a time
[x] Hold a planning session
[x] Set up tools and workspace
[x] Update calendar invite
[x] Distribute pre-work materials

Additional context

For additional context, the vision for the OBPS Registration session was: • A well-designed, facilitated process mapping session with IRC policy team and DST to work through all the details of how we see OBPS registration by industrial operators working Outcomes:

assumptions validated and a common understanding developed
a detailed process map drafted

@Dianadec I'm trying to move this ticket to Sprint Backlog and assign it to this sprint but Zenhub is not letting me. Can you do that please when you get a chance?
