To get ready for registration user story mapping (and really future work), it would be helpful to compile definitions to create common understanding about terminology.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Compile existing definition documents (can be found in roadmap Miro in the context section)
[x] Compile common terms & definitions

Goal of ticket: Create documentation of terms for common understanding
