Validate & Confirm internal user roles for registration and reporting

We have a starter set of user roles & permissions for internal BCEIRS users, however we need a clear picture of how users will flow within the system, from module to module.

• [x] Review current roles & permissions chart
• [x] Book time with CAS staff to discuss activities and functions for different modules and internal user roles
• [x] Create updated roles & permissions grid

Outcome: user roles & permissions for registration and reporting modules, possibly COAM.

Follow-up:

• Confirm director role
• Understand current reg user management process
• Further refinement with internal user roles
