Create a high-level COAM process map, to inform the start and end of the COAM module and key activities to be done in the module

[x] Facilitate COAM workshops with business area
[x] Define the high level process map
[x] Define the epics
[x] Review with developers and PO
[x] Refine map with business area
[ ] Review the components of COAM of the process map with developers and UX to determine information structure?
