Current option (we issue the EC, use/transfer btw regulated operations BCIERS, future interconnection with BCCR to transfer any ECs they want to trade outside of regulated operations would be done in BCCR.
We don’t build an EC component in BCIERS, we connect with BCCR to do issuances and all trading in BCCR, then you’d have a 2-way API for info going between systems to show credits, compliance obligation balances etc. Any trading happens in BCCR.
We build EC registry like in option 1, then in future years BCCR would be merged in here, BCCR defunct.
