Further user story refinement for EC

Post-user story mapping session there are a number of areas to further refine with a smaller group.

• [ ] Public-facing website (listing credits for sale, what shows by default, what is displayed on the site, tabs etc.)
• [ ] ID for tying transactions together (Compliance ID, corrections/re-issuances)
• [x] Corrections/refunds/owing workflows
