From KK notes for requirements: BCCR section 10 (1) says that the director must ensure that the registry administrator publishes the following information in a portion of the registry that is made available to the public: legal name of each account holder; the types of accounts held; in relation to each operator of a regulated operation, the number of compliance units retired for each compliance period from the compliance account of the regulated operation.
There will be an issuance feed (mandatory public info, can include serial number, operation that generated it), a retirement feed (mandatory public info), and an account listing (holdings made public by account holders on a voluntary basis). We could also have a feed of all regulated operations that hold accounts, akin to the 'Projects' tab in the BC Carbon Registry.
Now that we have a decision on the public-facing EC website, we can work with the business area to scope out the needs and functionality will need to be and how it will work.
