Emissions data connects to so many things in gov - and as a result, we want to make sure we have an understanding of the current climate trends & communication surrounding them.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] Read BC Gov's Trends in Greenhouse Gas Emissions webpage (1990-2018)
[ ] Document findings & questions
