We can probably leverage some of the initial work/thought that went into CIF in terms of how we want to organize and achieve success. We can start by identifying our big goals/key objectives and then determine KPIs that will help measure our success.

I think as a starter, we could look into the objectives outlined in the project charter and determine KPIs/metrics that would help measure those objectives.
