We can probably leverage some of the initial work/thought that went into CIF in terms of how we want to organize and achieve success. We can start by identifying our big goals/key objectives and then determine KPIs that will help measure our success.

• Gather thoughts from stakeholders before and after project to see if we've improved. Can reference System Usability Survey baseline created by Raj.
• Evidence that a new system is needed (surveys)

• At least x interviews per sprint
• Complete theme analysis for at least x interviews done in a sprint
• Review x reports/resources (desk work) per sprint
• At least x ministries involved in research
• At least x indigenous organizations consulted
• Final deliverable delivered
• Reach operators from x different industries
• Project delivered on time
• Met goals per sprint

• Team resources and co-location
• User-centered design principles
• Agile / scrum framework with a focus on user-centric service design
• Realistic schedule agreed upon by the project team
• Clear objectives and goals
• Ongoing communication and engagement with Stakeholders, Project Team, and users  Time commitment from all stakeholders
