There are going to be some changes to the data we collect in registration part 2. It sounds like this will mostly revolve around Operator and Operation data. We should be getting a spreadsheet from CAS outlining these changes. We'll need to take a look at that spreadsheet and identify what is just a frontend change & what may require an update to our underlying data models.

[ ] create a diff somewhere for each model that could require a change with the current state of the model and the proposed new state
[ ] decide if any of the model changes will require gating the change (ie: can't happen while reg v1 is active)
