Admin\Facilities - Internal User can view Facilities

Description:

As an IRC user, given that I have access, I can view all the facilities from the industry.

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I am an internal CAS user When I click on the Facilities tile from the Administration Dashboard, or main BCIERS Dashboard or from the Operations Grid Then I am brought to the Facilities page with the Facility grid as in the design Then I can sort/search by columns Figma
