Report Submission: Next steps/Instructions for Regulated Operation after report submissions

As a Regulated Operation, when I have completed the my annual report and submitted my report (or maybe just before I hit submit??) I am provided with additional information on next steps so that I know what I need to do next and where I need to go.
For example, if I have excess emissions I will have a compliance obligation to pay/manage through COAM. Should the system send me to that module? Conversely, if my emissions are under the emissions limit, that means I will get earned credits. Should the system send me to COAM so I can see those credits? What other "next steps" would the users want here? For example - do they now want to download a copy of their report (or just the compliance summary page?) for their records?

• [ ] What information do we provide users at the end of the reporting process for next steps (for example, how to pay the compliance obligation now that they have their "result")?
