DOR: Discuss this idea with SMEs - what are the pros/cons of this feature? Is it possible? If it makes sense to move forward with this we can scope it out more, otherwise we icebox it. How global is this feature?

I haven't heard that this will be necessary. Will icebox for now and pull back in if we need to consider it!
