Create Datafields Model using current data requirements (SWRS/CIIP)

Description:

As a follow-up to ticket #13 work with the IRC team to create an updated artifact that shows the data requirements (and flow of data???) for the future Reporting App. Use the current data requirements from SWRS (and CIIP if necessary) as a baseline for comparison with the new Regulations.

Acceptance Criteria:

Given that many of the data requirements in the new system will be similar to what is being requested in SWRS/CIIP When we create a data model for the new Reporting module Then we have a baseline to cross-reference.

GOAL OF TICKET:

• To create an artifact that includes datafields from SWRS and CIIP (if applicable) compared to requirements as referenced in Regulations.
• To have a baseline to work from and compare to for the data model of our future system
• To get the team more familiar with the type of data required and how it might be categorized in the new system
• To inform early wireframes/designs/prototypes if relevant.

After discussions with the team and business area it was determined that the excel spreadsheet we already have for SWRS fields will be sufficient enough to compare our new artifact with so this ticket is no longer needed. Other work related to this will be reflected in Mike's ERD ticket #122
