Task: Don't forget to include these extra data fields in the system!

Ensure any artifacts related to Reporting data fields include the additional data fields required for capture partial-year data. This is required for ALL regulated operations in 2024 for Q1 data (when they still paid c-tax) and for any new regulated operation that becomes regulated part-way through a reporting year.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Ensure these additional data fields are included in any "required data fields" artifacts.
• this includes: April - Dec Production data for 2024 < in future years this field could be used for partial year data from whenever they become regulated until the end of the year>, and Partial year compliance emissions (will be calculated by info user provides).
• [x] Confirm with the BA
