Compliance Summary (Annual Report Section 2): Add to Data Workflows & Map Out Dependencies

A follow-up to ticket #45 Based on the Data Workflow for the Annual Report, "Section 2" of the report will contain information calculated from "Section 1" and GGERR. We need to make sure these data fields are mapped out properly in our IA and data fields spreadsheet.

• [x] Confirm with IRC that Section 2 information has been added data fields spreadsheet
• [ ] Capture any dependencies and calculations needed for different operation types
• [ ] Capture different scenarios (incomplete information, what happens when a supplementary report is created, how do calculations get affected etc.)
• [ ] Map out data workflows for displaying total "results" information using Miro (IA Diagram?)
• [ ] Set up a session to review to BA
• [ ] Set up a session to review with devs
• [ ] Make refinements

Marking this high priority to discuss in refinement. I think this may need to be clearly documented for FRCR so let's ensure we have everything we need for this.
